Youth In Action
Youth Support Service It is our pleasure to invite you to become a member of the foundation’s youth support group, named AMAZING GRACE YOUTH IN ACTION for students between the ages of twelve to seventeen years old. The group was created on October 31st 2003, by Mr Clarence E Pilgrim- one of the longstanding volunteers and senior member in the Amazing Grace Foundation. Mr Pilgrim believes that this is a great opportunity for “able bodied” young people to become a part of a tremendous humanitarian experience by helping those who are less fortunate than themselves. The objectives are:- 1. To assist where ever possible, the Amazing Grace Foundation in it’s work. 2. To organize activities which are beneficial to the youths served by the Amazing Grace Foundation. 3. To seek training and education for the members of the youth group. 4. To promote building of character and integrity among its members. 5. To perform charitable works for those served by the Amazing Grace Foundation in the community. 6. To help bring public awareness to the services offered by the Amazing Grace Foundation. 7. To carry out such activities as are assigned by the coordinator of the group. The students elect their own executive to manage their activities. Mr Pilgrim would like to extend an invitation to all interested youths, who meet the age requirements.
